I'm in the process of purchasing a house and the Homebuyers Survey recommended a drain survey. Don was helpful and gave lots of advice about the situation, gave his opinion and reviewed plans to check he could complete the work before proceeding. Since I wanted an answer quickly, Don called me to fill me in on the survey results before he provided the report (to report all was ok). Great service, will use him in future for any drainage issues that arise. Thanks.

Don initially quoted us a 2-week lead-time for getting our CCTV drain survey done, however managed to squeeze us into his schedule in-between his emergency work the very next day when we explained how urgent our issue was and that he was in the area already. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave us cost-effective solutions to fix some old pipes that hadn't been blocked off correctly. I had researched several other companies to use and his name came up as a recommendation from another great company (who had a longer lead-time). This company's pricing is competitive; highly recommended.

Someone gave me Don's mobile number as we had a problem with a drain which was blocked. Don answered immediately and on giving him my address, he said he would visit within a couple of hours. True to his word, he turned up promptly and solved the problem. He was polite, courteous, informed and gave us some very good advice. He maintained covid social distancing at all times. Overall, I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Don's services again when we require them. I made sure I got one of his cards so I can recommend him to friends/neighbours in case they need him. Thanks Don
